Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.

Once shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

For prepaid orders:

  • Eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

For COD orders:

  • Repeated fake or refused COD orders may result in future purchase restrictions.
