3. Product Representation & Sizing Disclaimer

4. Pricing, Taxes & Payment

- Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary based on location and logistics partners.
- We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or unforeseen disruptions.
- Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery confirmation.
7. Returns, Exchanges & Hygiene Policy
Due to the personal and hygienic nature of certain products:
Non-Returnable Items
- Panties, briefs, and intimate wear
- Certain shapewear and bodysuits
- Any item marked “Non-Returnable”
Eligible Returns/Exchanges
- Outerwear, apparel, and selected items may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Conditions:
- Item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Tags and original packaging must be intact
Defective/Damaged Items
- Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof (images/videos).
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions.
8. Refunds & Store Credits
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10-15 business days.
- In some cases, store credit may be offered instead of monetary refunds.
- Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable unless the error is from our side.
